Capillary Technologies, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for retail chains, has raised $20 million (Rs. 128 crore) from two existing investors – Warburg Pincus and Sequoia Capital. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Capillary Technologies and the team was led by Partner Siddharth Nair. AZB & Partners acted for Warburg Pincus and the team was led by Partners Srinath Dasari and Nanditha Gopal along with Senior Associate Bhuvana Veeraragavan.
